On January 12th, 1973 the proud parents Bertrum Harold and Patricia Elizabeth Sands welcomed their third son Marcus Jefferson Sands into the world on the quaint Island of Eleuthera, in the settlement of Wemyss Bight in particular. At an early age his parents instilled moral values into his life therefore joining the Royal Bahamas Police with these standards set the pace for a good career journey starting August 13th 1990 to the present.
