Paul Cash was born on July 28th, 1972 on the island of New Providence to two (2) proud Eleutherans. Superintendent Cash is a dedicated, hard-working, and seasoned law enforcement professional with 30 years of distinguished experience within the Royal Bahamas Police Force. Throughout his career, he served in several divisions, including the Criminal Investigation Department, a number of Special Operations Taskforces and is an expert in the field of Traffic Enforcement and Investigations, where he spent most of his career. His expertise in these areas have leadership, and Startegic Policing planning has earned him respect within the force and the community alike.

Supt. Cash began his educational journey at the Columbus Primary School, where he attained numerous certificates and awards in sports and academics. He then attended C.H. He attained his love for service while working at the Merv Griffin Paradise Island Hotel where he started off his journey to becoming a man and eventually went into the field of elevator mechanics.

During his years of diligently playing professional volleyball, he met up with a few police officers who encouraged him to join the organization and on April 10th, 1995, he became Recruit #2424.

On completion of his initial training, Constable Cash was posted to Cable Beach Division, where he walked the beat and got to know his customers in the Cable Beach community, which was short lived. At this time, he reported a number of traffic offenders, and his services did not go unnoticed and was eventually transferred to Traffic Division. That too was short lived and within three months of being a Traffic officer, he was transferred to the Firearms Unit of C.I.D. It was here where Cash learned and became established in everything about Policing, especially the art of firearms investigations and recovery. His season there lasted over four (4) years, where he investigated a number of firearm trafficking cases.

In June of 1997, he was again transferred back to the Cable Beach Division, where he immersed himself in special operations, bringing in a number of drug and stolen vehicle arrests. It was here that he was given the opportunity to further his career and in 1989, he became a prestigious motorcycle officer serving not only his community but becoming an "Official Outrider" for the country's Prime Ministers Ingraham and Christie, and visiting V.I.P'S.

This path in his career led him to meet and shake hands with not only the rich but famous but prestigious world-renowned leaders from Prince's to President's.
