Bounded west by Southwest Road, west by Bays Water Lane, northwest by Lyford Terrace, north by Canoe Drive, northwest by Edgewater to the sea, northwest by the Western Road, north by West Bay Street, east by Blake Road, north by John F. Kennedy Drive, east by Gladstone Road, south by Carmichael Road, east by Coral Harbour Road which is south of the roundabout at the junction of Carmichael Road and Coral Harbour proper, south by Ranfurly Road to the sea, south by Adelaide Road to the sea, and south by Southwest Road to the sea onto Southwest Road.
