The job of a police officer is one that demands a one-hundred-and-ten percent effort, one-hundred percent of the time. But for some officers, the contributions made in the line of duty are immeasurable.


Sergeant 2331 Natasha Ellis

It is with deep regret that the Commissioner of Police, Paul A. Rolle, Esq,
QPM, inform you of the death of Sergeant 2331 Natasha Ellis on
February 9, 2022. She was a dedicated police officer who served with
distinction for 27 years within the Royal Bahamas Police Force. She
enlisted into the Force on July 1, 1994. She was posted at several
divisions throughout her career including the Criminal Investigations
Department, Southeastern Division, Central Division, and Paradise Island
Division. The Royal Bahamas Police Force acknowledges this loss and
Commissioner Rolle proffers his sincerest condolences on behalf of the
Organization to her family members in their time of bereavement.


Superintendent Philip O. Moxey

It is with deep regret that the Commissioner of Police, Paul A. Rolle, Esq,
QPM, inform you of the death of Superintendent Philip Oswald Moxey on
February 6, 2022. He was a dedicated senior police officer who served
with distinction for 38 years within the Royal Bahamas Police Force. He
enlisted into the Force on October 31, 1983. He was posted at several
divisions throughout his career including the Eleuthera Division, Southern
Division, Central Division, Drug Enforcement Unit, and the Police Training
College. The Royal Bahamas Police Force acknowledges this loss and
Commissioner Rolle proffers his sincerest condolences on behalf of the
Organization to his family members in their time of bereavement.


Reserve A.S.P. Karen Nottage

It is with deep regret that the Commissioner of Police, Paul A. Rolle, Esq, QPM, inform you of the death of Reserve Assistant Superintendent Karen Nottage on October 19, 2021. She was attached to the Traffic Division of the Royal Bahamas Police Force. She was a dedicated senior reserve police officer having enlisted into the Police Reserve on February 20, 2015. The Royal Bahamas Police Force acknowledges this loss and I wish to proffer my sincerest condolences to her family members in their time of bereavement.


Reserve Superintendent Cadron Nixon

It is with deep regret that the Commissioner of Police, Paul A.
Rolle, Esq, QPM, inform you of the death of Reserve
Superintendent Cadron Nixon on October 18, 2021. He was
attached to Grand Bahama and the Northern Bahamas District of
the Royal Bahamas Police Force. He was a dedicated senior
reserve police officer having enlisted into the Police Reserve on
July 18, 1974. The Royal Bahamas Police Force acknowledges this
loss and I wish to proffer my sincerest condolences to his family
members in their time of bereavement.


Reserve Assistant Superintendent Kipling Rolle

It is with a deep sense of sadness and regret that the Commissioner of Police and the Royal Bahamas Police Force records the death of Reserve Assistant Superintendent Kipling Rolle, who passed away on September 12th, 2021. At the time of his passing, Reserve Assistant Superintendent Rolle was attached to the Southeastern Division.

Constable 2342 Everette Buchanan

It is with a deep sense of sadness and regret that the Commissioner of Police and the Royal Bahamas Police Force records the death of Constable #2342 Everette Buchanan, who passed away on September 12th, 2021. At the time of his passing, Constable Buchanan was attached to the Fox Hill Division.

Storr, who passed away on September 9th, 2021. At the time of his passing, R/Superintendent Storr was attached to the Central Division.

Sergeant 2619 Keiran A. Dorsette

Sergeant 815 Nathaniel Bailey
