POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A FATAL TRAFFIC ACCIDENT
Police on the island of Exuma are investigating a fatal traffic accident that occurred on Sunday 21st, February 2021.

Preliminary reports are that shortly before 10:00 p.m., a caller contacted the George Town Police Station and reported a traffic accident in the settlement of Hermitage Exuma. On the arrival of the officers at the scene, they met an Aquamarine Toyota Passo with extensive damages. A close inspection of the vehicle revealed an adult male who was unresponsive with visible injuries. The scene was later visited by the local doctor who on completion of his examination pronounced the body dead. The Traffic Division will continue investigations into this matter.
