Batchelor is describthe Central Detective Unit at 350-3107/8 or 352-9774/5, Police Emergency at 911 or the West ed as being 6’ tall with blue eyes. On 19th January, 2012, a 30ft beige and red vessel, “Joy B” believed to be Batchelor’s boat, was discovered off West End between Sandy Cay and Memory Rock with a Canadian flag. We are seeking your help in locating Darrell Cloutier, age 34yrs. He is a Canadian national, who took up residence in the Bahamas during 2004 and worked for the PCL Construction Bahamas on Paradise Island.Darrell was last seen alive on April 10 when he left work. He did not show up for work the following day and has not been seen since. Cloutier is a caucasian male, 5 feet 7 inches tall. He is slim built weighing roughly 180 pounds.A reward of $10,000:00 is being offered for information leading to the safe return of Mr. Cloutier.
